Viewing the domain report

Plesk Web Hosting keeps a summary of important data for every domain in the system. The domain report is a brief overview of the domain-related system information.

Click the REPORT button to view the domain report. The domain report includes the following information:

Domain owner (client contact name)
Domain status
Creation date
Expiration date
Domain user access
Disk space limit
Actual disk space
Hosting type
FTP Login
FTP Password (masked by asterisks)
System shell accessibility
Hard disk quota
Traffic limit
Actual traffic
Disk space used by httpdocs
Disk space used by log files
FrontPage support
FrontPage over SSL support
SSI support
PHP support
CGI support
mod_perl support
mod_python support
Apache ASP support
Apache ErrorDocuments
SSL support
Disk space used by httpsdocs

From that page you can also access Web web server statistics, Secure web web server statistics, FTP web server statistics, Traffic usage history, statistics on traffic used by the domain services, view the detailed domain report and send the report by e-mail if desired.

To access the domain report follow these steps:

On the Domain administration page, click the REPORT button. to see the domain-specific information and statistics.
From here, as an administrator, you can do several things:
- You can send the report by e-mail to the client. Your client may need this detailed information about his/her domain. Email the report to the client by entering client's e-mail and clicking SEND BY E-MAIL. Or, enter a different email address in the text input field to send the report to another administrator or individual.
- You can access graphical site statistics for the domain by selecting the WEB STATS, WEB STATS SSL, FTP STATS options. Clicking these buttons will open a separate window where you will see the site statistics for the given domain. It should be noted that Webalizer, by default, is set to update the domain statistics once in 24 hours. If you attempt to access Webalizer before it has operated its Primary update you will receive a notice that Webalizer is either not running or has not yet been started.
  NOTE
  In order to be able to utilize Webalizer the Web statistics checkbox must be checked at the Physical Hosting Setup page for this domain.
- To view the traffic history for the domain, click on the TRAFFIC HISTORY button. The Traffic history page will open, displaying the information on traffic usage by Months and Years.
- To view the detailed traffic statistics used by various services at the domain, click on the TRAFFIC button. The page will open displaying the traffic usage table.
- To print a copy of the domain report page, select File/Print in your browser and a paper copy of the report will print.
- To return to the domain record, click UP LEVEL. The report will close and you will return to the domain administration page.
- To view a detailed domain report, click the DOMAIN REPORT button. The detailed domain-specific information will be displayed. Enter the e-mail address in the appropriate text field, click the SEND BY E-MAIL button to send the detailed report to the specified address.
